| Description: This set
covers the broad scope of insignia seen on war time Luftwaffe tunics,
fliegerbluse, shirts, greatcoats, field division jackets, and more. At
the core of the set are collar patches in golden yellow, red, green,
golden brown, and dark blue. Between them they cover most of the troop
types to routinely see combat, on both the ground and in the air. These
collar tabs are designed for use with the 12 included metal cast rank
gulls. More gulls are available separately (see below). The
instructions give general guidelines for use.
The
set also includes Luftwaffe eagles backed in dark green, dark blue,
gray, and tropical tan. Both tropical and continental rank chevrons are
provided, in both the early and late war forms. Three styles of tress
(actual Luftwaffe style, not the Army style stitching) are included for
collars and sleeves, as well as NCO/Officer candidate bars and NCO epaulet tress designed to fit Dragon's modular epaulets. |
