How do I return an item?
We want you to be satisfied with your order. However, should anything not be to your satisfaction, you can return the item for a refund minus the shipping charges. If there needs to be a return due to a mistake on our part, we will pay all shipping charges. All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. You have 7 days from receipt of order to let us know of a problem with your order. All returns MUST have a Return Authorization from Monkey Depot prior to being sent back. To obtain a Return Authorization, please contact customer service toll free at 1-866-633-7681 or by email. Please note that we are not obligated to take returns that have not obtained a Return Authorization.
