The DC-17 hand blasters are a light weight heavy blaster pistol manufactured by BlasTech Industries . They were carried in quick-release holsters, and elite clone troopers sometimes wielded dual pistols in battleóa trait reminiscent of Jango Fett himself. During the Clone Wars, the DC-17 blasters saw widespread use among high-ranking and specialized clone troopers, usually being used by clone captains.

Here, Cody sports a BlasTech DC-15A Blaster Rifle. This was one of the standard issue weapons for clones. While the use of blasters allowed a clone trooper to carry significantly more ammunition than a projectile weapon, the DC-15A was a heavy 9.5 pounds, and despite the weapon's size it is not a true dedicated repeating blaster rifle; the inherent instability of plasma gas in ion blasters reduced the weapon's accuracy under sustained fire. Even so, the DC-15A was very powerful and deadly in the hands of the skilled clone troopers that received extensive training in its use.

The DC-15S blaster was the blaster carbine variant of BlasTech's DC-15A blaster rifle. DC-15 blasters fired charged plasma bolts, activated by tibanna gas carried in replaceable blaster cartridges. The power packs were the same as the DC-15A blaster rifle, which allowed the same power as their larger cousin. These gas cartridges lasted for around 500 shots, on the weapon's lower power settings. It was also known to be dual wielded. They were extremely powerful weapons, especially in the hands of experienced clone troopers, and were more than capable of piercing heavy armor.

"No, man, that's Captain Rex over there. I wish people would stop mixing us up. " It's tough being a clone sometimes!
