Special Order Inquiry
What is a Special Order?
Sometimes we are out of stock on an item but that item may still be available for us to order from our distributor. If you place an order for this item, we will contact the distributor to check availability. If the figure is available, we will generally contact you within 48 hours to let you know the results of your inquiry.
Please note the following:
- There is no guarantee that we will be able to get the item you are requesting.
- A Non Refundable Deposit is required when placing an order. If we can not secure the item then the deposit will be refunded
- If the product is available, we will contact you to arrange payment on the balance due and select the lowest shipping option. If you prefer a specific shipping type please leave a note on your order. Some items may require us to include a signature to the shipment
- Items typically will arrive to us within 7 days but can take a bit longer.
- This option is only available for the products listed.
- There will be a 10% restocking fee for a returned Special Order plus you will lose the original deposit that was made.
