The order containing your preorder will be marked shipped after the Non Refundable Deposit is paid, the Non Refundable Deposit has to be paid within 48 hours after the order is placed. It is important that you are logged into your account while placing these preorders.

When the preordered item arrives we will send you an email with a link to complete your order. The link will be active for seven (7) days and the price will reflect the Non Refundable Deposit paid. If you do not complete your order within seven (7) days, your Non Refundable Deposit will be lost and the item will be added to inventory and made available for purchase to the public.

If your phone number or email address changes after placing your preorder, it is important that you contact us to update your account information.

If you would like a payment plan, we can start you on payments after the Non Refundable Deposit is paid and prior to the products arrival, the item must be paid in full no later than seven (7) days after its arrival.

Please understand that the NRD will not be refunded for any reason unless the manufacturer cancels this project
